Sports Court Maintenance & Resurfacing
Keep courts, pitches and play surfaces safe, consistent and looking their best. We clean, repair, resurface and re-mark surfaces across the UAE, including ones we did not install.
Sports surfaces work hard in the UAE. Sun, heat, dust and constant use gradually wear coatings, flatten turf fibres, fade lines and, where drainage is poor, let water sit. Regular maintenance slows all of that, keeps play safe and consistent, and postpones the far larger cost of a full replacement.
We provide practical, honest maintenance: we assess the surface and its base, tell you what genuinely needs doing, and carry out the work that restores safe, consistent play. Where a surface is beyond economic repair, we say so, rather than selling work that will not last.

Questions
Maintenance FAQs
What sports surface maintenance do you offer?
We clean, repair, resurface and re-mark sports courts and surfaces across the UAE. That includes turf brushing and infill top-ups, acrylic recoats, crack repair, EPDM patch repairs, fence and net repairs and refreshing faded line markings.
How often should a court be resurfaced?
As a general guide, acrylic courts are recoated every several years, while turf and rubber systems last longer before major work. Actual cycles depend on usage, sun exposure and care. We assess condition on site and advise honestly when work is genuinely due.
Do you maintain surfaces you did not install?
Yes. We assess and maintain existing courts and surfaces regardless of who built them. We inspect the surface and base, tell you what can be repaired and what cannot, and recommend the most cost-effective way to restore safe, consistent play.
Can regular maintenance extend a surface life?
Yes, significantly. Routine cleaning, brushing, infill top-ups and timely repairs slow wear and prevent small problems becoming big ones. A maintained surface stays safer and plays better, and reaches the upper end of its expected lifespan rather than the lower.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
We can arrange scheduled maintenance so courts are cared for regularly rather than only when a problem appears. The right schedule depends on the surface and how heavily it is used, and we tailor it after assessing your facility.
