Pickleball Court Construction
We build dedicated pickleball courts and convert existing courts across the UAE, with acrylic surfaces, accurate marking and the grip the game needs.
Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing racket sports, and it needs a precise, consistent surface. We build dedicated courts on a level, drained base with acrylic coatings, giving the controlled bounce and reliable grip the game depends on, then mark the court accurately including the non-volley zone.
Because a pickleball court is compact, it is often possible to fit several courts into the space of a larger court, or to add pickleball lines to an existing tennis or multipurpose court. We assess your space and advise whether a dedicated build or a conversion gives you the best result.
Whether new or converted, we set the court out correctly, apply a durable surface suited to UAE conditions, and mark the lines clearly. Where courts share space with other sports, we use distinct colours so the pickleball court reads cleanly during play.

Custom branding
Colours and line marking
Two-tone colour schemes define the court and non-volley zone clearly, and club colours can be applied. On shared courts, pickleball lines are marked in a distinct colour so they are easy to read alongside other sports.
UAE conditions
Pickleball courts in UAE conditions
The acrylic surface uses colour-stable pigments and a controlled texture that holds grip and resists fading in strong sun. We build correct falls for fast drainage, and can advise on shade and lighting so courts are comfortable to play on through the day and evening.

Questions
Pickleball courts FAQs
Can you convert a tennis court for pickleball?
Yes. A single tennis court can host multiple pickleball courts, or pickleball lines can be added to a tennis or multipurpose court. We assess the space and marking and advise whether conversion or a dedicated court suits you better.
What surface is best for pickleball?
Acrylic hard-court systems are the standard: they give consistent bounce and reliable grip and stand up well to the UAE sun. Cushioned acrylic or polyurethane can be specified indoors where extra comfort underfoot is wanted.
How much space does a pickleball court need?
The court is 13.41 by 6.10 metres, with additional surround recommended for safe movement. Because it is compact, several courts often fit where one larger court would go. We confirm the best layout on site.
Is pickleball played indoors or outdoors in the UAE?
Both. Outdoor acrylic courts are popular in the cooler months and mornings, while indoor courts allow play through the summer heat. We build for either, and can advise on shade or covered options so courts stay usable year-round.
How much does a pickleball court cost in the UAE?
Cost depends on whether it is a new build or a conversion, the surface chosen, the base condition and the number of courts. We provide a written price after a site visit so the scope and inclusions are clear.
