Volleyball court in the UAE

Sports Solutions

Volleyball Court Construction

We build indoor, outdoor and beach volleyball courts across the UAE, choosing cushioned, acrylic or sand systems to suit the setting and level of play.

Volleyball is played on very different surfaces depending on the setting, and each needs care to get right. Indoors, players want a cushioned, grippy surface that protects joints during dives and jumps. Outdoors, a durable acrylic court stands up to sun and use. On the beach or in a sand court, depth, drainage and edging matter most.

We build all three. For indoor courts we install vinyl or polyurethane cushioned systems with accurate marking. For outdoor hard courts we build a drained base and acrylic coatings. For sand courts we prepare the base, drainage and edging and supply the correct sand depth for safe, comfortable play.

Whichever type you need, we set the court out to standard dimensions, mark it clearly, and plan net posts, run-off and any fencing or shade with your team so the finished court is safe and ready to use.

Colours and line marking

Indoor and hard courts can be finished in club colours with clear line marking, and surrounds can carry branding. Sand courts are edged and set out cleanly with correct court and antenna positions.

UAE conditions

Outdoor acrylic uses colour-stable pigments and a grippy texture suited to strong sun, and we build proper drainage into hard and sand courts alike. For sand courts, drainage beneath the sand is essential so the court is playable soon after rain or watering.

Questions

Volleyball courts FAQs

Do you build beach volleyball courts?

Yes. Beach and sand courts need a prepared base, drainage and edging beneath the sand, plus the correct sand depth and grade. We build the full system so the court drains well and is safe and comfortable to play on.

What is the best surface for an indoor volleyball court?

Cushioned vinyl or polyurethane systems are the usual choice indoors: they give grip and shock absorption that protect players during jumps and dives, and they are straightforward to clean and maintain.

What size is a volleyball court?

An indoor court is 18 by 9 metres with a free zone around it, while a beach court is around 16 by 8 metres plus a free zone. We set the court out to standard dimensions and confirm the space needed on site.

Can a volleyball court share space with other sports?

Yes, indoor and hard courts are often marked for multiple sports. We use distinct line colours for each game and choose a surface that performs well for all the sports you intend to play.

What net height do you set volleyball courts to?

Nets are set to standard heights, which differ for men, women and junior play. We supply and install posts and nets at the correct height for your players, and can provide adjustable systems where a court is shared across different groups.
