Sports court line marking in the UAE

Surface Systems

Court Line Marking

We set out and apply accurate, durable court line marking across the UAE, for single and multi-sport courts, on new installations and to refresh faded lines.

Marking is where a court becomes usable, and accuracy is everything. We set out and apply lines for every sport we install, indoors and outdoors, on new surfaces and as a refresh for courts where the lines have faded. Correct setting-out means the court plays fairly and looks professional.

The paints and methods are matched to the surface, whether acrylic court coatings, turf inlays, or marking suited to vinyl and timber. On multi-sport courts, careful colour choice and layout keep each game clearly readable, so overlapping lines never confuse players during play.

Whether it is a full multi-sport scheme, a single court, or refreshing worn markings, we measure precisely, apply durable lines and finish cleanly. Clear, accurate marking is one of the details that separates a professional court from an amateur one.

The build-up

How court line marking is built

Colour coat Cushion layers Resurfacer Asphalt or concrete base Compacted sub-base
  1. Colour coat. Pigmented acrylic wear coats providing the playing colour and texture.
  2. Cushion layers. Rubberised acrylic layers tuned for comfort where specified.
  3. Resurfacer. Acrylic resurfacer that levels and binds to the base.
  4. Asphalt or concrete base. Rigid base laid to correct falls for drainage.
  5. Compacted sub-base. Engineered sub-base carrying the whole system.

UAE conditions

UV, heat and drainage

Outdoor marking uses durable, colour-stable paints suited to strong sun so lines resist fading, and we apply them in suitable conditions for a clean, lasting finish. Over time, exposed outdoor lines are refreshed as part of routine court maintenance.

Upkeep

Maintenance and lifespan

Line markings wear gradually, faster on heavily used or sun-exposed courts. Refreshing the lines periodically keeps a court looking sharp and playing correctly. We can re-mark as a standalone job or as part of a resurfacing.

Questions

court line marking FAQs

Can you add markings for another sport to my court?

Yes. We can add lines for additional sports to an existing court, marking each game in a distinct colour so the layouts stay clear. We set out precisely so the new markings are accurate and do not clash with the existing ones.

Can you refresh faded court lines?

Yes, re-marking faded lines is common work. We prepare the surface, set out accurately and apply durable lines, either as a standalone job or as part of a resurfacing. It restores both the appearance and the correct play of the court.

How do you keep multi-sport lines from being confusing?

By choosing distinct colours per sport, prioritising the main games and setting out carefully. We agree the scheme with you first, so the primary sport reads strongly while secondary lines stay legible without cluttering the court.

Will outdoor markings fade in the sun?

All exposed markings wear over time, and sun accelerates it. We use durable, colour-stable paints to slow fading, and refresh lines periodically as part of routine maintenance so the court keeps looking and playing its best.
