A tennis court lives or dies on its base and its coatings. We build new courts on a rigid, accurately levelled base with correct falls, then apply acrylic cushion and wear coats for a consistent, true-bouncing surface. For clubs and villas that prefer a softer feel, we can install artificial clay systems that play cooler and easier on the joints.
Resurfacing is a large part of what we do. Over time, acrylic coatings wear, colours fade and cracks appear. We assess the court, carry out crack repair and preparation, then recoat and re-mark so the court plays and looks like new, at a fraction of the cost of a full rebuild.
Whether new or refurbished, we set the court out precisely, mark it for singles and doubles, and check net posts and run-off areas. Colours, fencing and lighting can all be planned together so the finished court is comfortable to play on morning and evening.

Most UAE courts are acrylic hard courts. Artificial clay is available where a softer, cooler surface is preferred.

The build-up
An acrylic tennis court build-up
- Colour coat. Pigmented acrylic wear coats providing the playing colour and texture.
- Cushion layers. Rubberised acrylic layers tuned for comfort where specified.
- Resurfacer. Acrylic resurfacer that levels and binds to the base.
- Asphalt or concrete base. Rigid base laid to correct falls for drainage.
- Compacted sub-base. Engineered sub-base carrying the whole system.

Custom branding
Colours and line marking
Two-tone colour schemes, with a contrasting inner court and surround, are standard and can follow club colours. Line marking is applied precisely for singles and doubles, and surrounds can carry subtle branding.

Tennis courts FAQs
How much does it cost to build or resurface a tennis court?
A new court and a resurfacing differ greatly in cost, and both depend on size, surface, base condition and any repairs needed. We assess the court on site and give a written price, so you know exactly what is included.
How often should a tennis court be resurfaced?
As a general guide, acrylic courts are recoated every several years, but the real interval depends on use, sun exposure and how well the court is maintained. We inspect the surface and advise when a recoat is genuinely due.
Can you repair cracks in an existing court?
Yes. We assess the cause, carry out crack preparation and repair, then recoat and re-mark. Some movement cracks need ongoing management, and we will tell you honestly what repair will and will not achieve on your court.
What court colour is best in the UAE sun?
Colour is partly preference and partly practical. Lighter surrounds can feel cooler and reduce glare, while a contrasting inner court aids visibility. We help you choose colours that look good and play comfortably in strong daylight.
