Panoramic padel court in Dubai

Padel Court Construction

We construct padel courts across the UAE, from the structure and glass to the turf and line marking, for clubs, hotels, communities and private villas.

Padel has grown quickly across the UAE, and a good court is more than a surface: it is a complete structure of steel, tempered glass and mesh, set on a precise, free-draining base, finished with a turf playing surface and sand infill. We build the whole system so the court plays true, drains well and stands up to constant use in the heat.

We install standard enclosed courts and panoramic courts, where larger glass panels give a cleaner look and better spectator visibility. The right choice depends on your space, budget and whether the court is a club revenue centre, a hotel amenity or a private court at a villa. We help you weigh those options before quoting.

The playing surface is typically monofilament or fibrillated artificial turf with a specified sand infill that controls pace and grip. We set out the court accurately, seam and infill the turf, mark the lines, and check the glass, fixings and net position so the finished court is safe and consistent from day one.

Surface options

Padel court surfaces

Padel courts use artificial turf with sand infill over a drained base. The infill grade sets the pace and grip of the court.

The build-up

Turf pile Performance infill Shock pad Compacted base Drainage sub-base
  1. Turf pile. UV-stabilised synthetic fibres tufted to the required pile height.
  2. Performance infill. Silica sand and rubber granules that support the fibres and add grip.
  3. Shock pad. Elastic layer for player comfort and consistent ball behaviour.
  4. Compacted base. Engineered aggregate base laid to precise levels and falls.
  5. Drainage sub-base. Free-draining sub-base and drainage to clear occasional heavy rain.

Custom branding

Colours and line marking

Turf is available in several colours, commonly blue, green or terracotta, and club branding can be applied to glass panels, posts and surrounds. Line marking is set out precisely for correct service boxes and court lines.

UAE conditions

Padel courts in UAE conditions

Outdoor courts use UV-stabilised turf and corrosion-considered fixings suited to the climate, and the base is built to drain quickly. For year-round play, courts can be covered or enclosed; we discuss shade, lighting and ventilation early so the court is comfortable to play on through summer.

Questions

Padel courts FAQs

How much does it cost to build a padel court in the UAE?

Padel court cost depends on the structure, glass specification, turf, base and whether the court is standard or panoramic. Because these vary a lot, we quote after a site visit with a clear written specification rather than a single headline number.

What is the difference between a standard and a panoramic padel court?

A standard court has glass panels framed by more steel, while a panoramic court uses larger glass panels with fewer visible posts, giving a cleaner look and better visibility. Panoramic courts usually cost more but suit clubs and premium settings.

How much space do I need for a padel court?

The court itself is 20 by 10 metres for doubles, but you also need clearance around the structure for the frame, access and safety. We assess your plot on site and confirm whether a full court, or a singles court, fits comfortably.

Do padel courts need maintenance?

Yes, but it is light. The turf needs periodic brushing and sand top-ups to keep the pace even, and the glass, net and fixings should be checked regularly. We can provide a maintenance schedule and carry out the work for you.

Can a padel court be installed at a private villa?

Yes, provided there is space for the court and its surround. Villa courts are popular; we assess the plot, plan access for the structure and glass, and keep site work tidy and coordinated in an occupied home.
