The challenge
Gulf Indian School in Garhoud, Dubai, required a cushioned, durable basketball surface with reliable grip and true ball response for daily school use.
Our solution
Over the existing site we applied a primer layer, cast a 10mm SBR rubber shock pad in situ, built up two layers of resurfacer, applied sandcoat acrylic colour coats in blue and red, and completed accurate basketball line marking.
The result
A cushioned, colour-stable acrylic basketball court with clear marking, finished to a high standard for the school.
